Meet the Fans Behind the Runyon Canyon Community
On any given weekend you can watch the hordes of beautiful-bodied visitors of Runyon Canyon flock to get their hike on, their yoga session in and feel the sun and the breeze of the canyon. The administers of the Runyon Canyon Los Angeles fan site are “fans” just like you, we love Runyon Canyon just like you – that’s why we set up the site. It’s important that Runyon Canyon not just be a place where everyone goes to work out but stays a real “social network” that brings good people together to do good things together. This site is designed to do just that – the administers of the Runyon Canyon fan site are as excited as you are to finally have a place to go in order to meet other people with one common interest….Runyon Canyon.

Andrew has been a web designer and developer for almost 10 years now taking ideas and bringing them to life with tons of colorful designs and concepts under his belt. With so much creativity in this city it’s people like Andrew that make dreams come true online. His extensive non-profit background and immense amounts of volunteer work made him a perfect fit for the Runyon Canyon project fan site project.
Andrew had never been to Runyon Canyon before moving to his Fuller avenue apartment over 2 years ago – he has been hooked on Runyon Canyon ever since. He is hopeful in the usefulness of the Runyon Canyon Los Angeles Fan Site and wishes the users well.

Becky is a Registered Nurse, volunteer extraordinaire and all around sweetheart. She has been a huge fan of Runyon Canyon for years and became super involved in the Runyon Canyon community when she moved to the West Hollywood area a little over two years ago. Working with patients as a registered nurse and offering her time to various charities throughout the Los Angeles area has taught her compassion and made her a shoe-in for the fan relations position.
When Becky isn’t working or volunteering she is spending her time at Runyon Canyon taking the FREE daily yoga classes or hiking throughout park and enjoying her days off.

Marketing Director by day at UC San Diego and spends his “off” hours as a painter (portraits, not walls!) and photographer. Specializing in travel photography and architecture, you will rarely see him without his camera. His art & photography have been published in books, exhibited in numerous galleries, and even shown on “Larry King Live!.”

Volunteering at Runyon Canyon
We are currently working with the city to expand volunteer opportunities throughout Runyon Canyon to help upkeep the park and restore it to it’s former glory. Many aspects of the park are getting run-down from heavy foot traffic and visitor irresponsibilities, these topics and many more are in discussions and being addressed. Soon we will be able to give you more information on how you can lend a helping hand to keep Runyon Canyon beautiful. Again we would love to hear your thoughts on this subject and any others, please contact us for any reason you feel fit.
