Will BlackBerry continue to support BB10?

Why is my BlackBerry 10 not working properly?

I checked online and it says “The BlackBerry 10 smartphone had detected a non-functional or bad battery.” This might explain the random reboots the phone had (which it why I stopped using it). The battery is the original one it came with. I then plugged in the phone again and it started up normally.
