What ECU can you use for KPro?
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE THE 2005-2006 RSX AND WISH TO USE THE KPRO YOU MUST SEND IN A 2002-2004 RSX TYPE-S ECU. NO OTHER ECU IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE THE 2005-2006 RSX KPRO. THE 05-06 KPRO REQUIRES AN ADAPTER HARNESS WHICH IS AN EXTRA $140.
How much does KPro cost?
KPro V4 upgrade form Upgrade a KPro v1, v2 or v3 to the KPro v4. Cost is $300 which includes shipping (for International customers, cost is $350). Must send working ECU, payment, and completed form to Hondata.
Do you need KPro for AK swap?
You dont “need” to have it but its highyl recommended so you can bypass the immobilizer on the stock ECU.
What does K-Pro do?
K-Pro ECU Manager software allows the setting of cam angle, ignition advance, fuel, and a variety of other aspects. The purpose of the K-Pro ECU is to fine-tune the Honda ECU for best possible engine performance under various operating conditions and with various engine configurations.
What harness can I use for K swap?

What do you need to do a k20 swap?
Here’s a list of what you’ll need to make a swap:
- The complete engine with all components (fuel lines, wiring harnesses, etc) and a complete transmission to match.
- A full suite of accessories, hopefully already mounted to the engine you’re using.
- The engine control unit (ECU) from the original car.
Is Hondata FlashPro legal?
Hondata Flashpro now have a option to buy a CARB legal unit or you can still get the Race version. “Great news! Hondata FlashPro (CARB) becomes California emissions compliant (CARB EO D-742-1) for the 2016+ Civic 1.5 turbo. This allows the CARB specific FlashPro to be used on street vehicles within the USA.”
What is Honda data?
Hondata modifies standard Honda engine computers (ECUs), adding features and expanding the capabilities of the ECU (e.g. for forced induction). There are 2 basic product categories. The first category includes fully tunable systems for B-series, D-series, H-series and F-series engines.
