To unlock it, go around the corner to see a large rock wall. Climb it to the top and jump from wall to wall (like in Prince Of Persia) to the top. Keep shimmying to the right and then jump up to towards the next rock wall. Scale it down and then jump to the opposite wall.

To find the path to the West Countryside, look for the tunnel right next to the doorway to the Presbyterian Church entrance/exit. Midway through the tunnel, you’ll encounter another trio of Patriot soldiers standing around a large area. Eliminate them in any fashion you prefer to clear them out.
