How does it work?
- Join – Once approved, you’ll receive your membership card in the mail.
- Reserve – Login, select the vehicle you want and how long you’ll need it.
- Unlock and Go – Hold your membership card over the windshield sensor to unlock the vehicle, the keys will be waiting for you inside.

How do I cancel my Enterprise Car Share membership?
How do I cancel or unsubscribe from my CarShare membership? Please contact us by phone or email to cancel your membership so that we can review your account and provide instructions for returning your membership card.
How long does it take to get approved for Enterprise Car Share?
The approval process is simple and we work to get you on the road as soon as we can. Please allow up to ten days for the entire approval process and for the arrival of your member card. If you need to drive sooner, we may be able to meet your request in certain markets. Contact us for more information.

How does enterprise upgrade work?
A minimum 1-day rental is required and a 27-day maximum applies. The upgraded car class will not appear on your reservation, but will be applied free of charge upon arrival if a car in the next higher class is available. Please check your auto insurance policy and/or credit card agreement for rental vehicle coverage.
What happens if you miss your reservation at Enterprise?
Will I be charged if I don’t show up for my reservation? If you fail to pick up your prepaid rental on the specified pick-up date, you will receive a full refund minus a no show fee of USD $100 / CAD $135.
Can you smoke in a rental car from Enterprise?
Can I smoke in the car ? No. Smoking in all of our rental vehicles is prohibited under all circumstances. – will be applied to your overall rental cost.
