Why does Sylvanas sound like a banshee now?
Well it took effect when Sylvanas reclaimed her undead high elven body. It’s only logical that her voice should sound that way when she has be physicy altered into a high elven, and that she is no longer able to render her voice with that banshee sound effect. She’s able to shift back to the banshee form, so maybe we’ll hear it again sometime.
