How long does UGA orientation last?
This summer, incoming fall start first-year students will have the option to attend a one-day orientation session. These sessions start at 8am and concludes around 5:00pm each day. Prior to arriving at orientation, you will receive a pre-orientation email to help prepare you to be successful at orientation.
What should parents wear to college orientation?
Or a casual skirt or dress could also work. I would just steer clear of shorts. For fall visits, a lightweight sweater with dark jeans or cargo skinnies and ballet flats would be nice. College campus visits require a ton of walking, so comfortable shoes are a necessity.
